Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026. Keystone Marketing & Automation ("we") is based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, mobile, email, industry and anything you write in your message. Our website host (Cloudflare) also processes basic technical information such as your IP address to keep the site secure and block spam.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, talk with you about our services and, if you become a client, to provide them. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Business outreach

We sometimes email businesses at the address they publish for enquiries, about services relevant to them. Every such email says who we are and has a one-click unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe we will not email you again.

Who sees it

Our team and the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare (website and data storage), Microsoft 365 (email), ClickSend (text messages) and Anthropic (AI drafting of replies). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years, or longer if you become a client and we need them for our records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by replying to any email from us or sending a message through the enquiry form. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
